1998 Victoria 800 cutter ‘Magwitch’ for sale

My 1998 Victoria 800 Magwitch is for sale. She’s in very good condition and benefits from the following:
Brief details:
2019 - new Selden mast, new foil and Selden furler, all new standing rigging, new halyards, new B & G wireless wind instrument, new Jabsco toilet.
2017 - new Sitka spruce bowsprit.
Volvo Penta MD2010D engine 2005. 2018 - new heat exchanger housing, new exhaust riser, new fuel pump. (Maintained professionally).
2019 - new Raymarine ST2000+ tiller pilot
B & G Vulcan 7 Plotter new 2017.

She has been kept out of the water every winter during my ownership and is currently on the hard.
