Dear Member,

In accordance with the notification given at the Annual General Meeting 2015, and with the permission of the Commodore Warsash Sailing Club, the 25th Anniversary of the Association will be marked with a luncheon and reunion to be held on Saturday 12th March, at Warsash Sailing Club.

The principal guests of the Association will be Chuck Paine, the designer of Victoria and Frances Yachts, and Bill Dixon, the designer of Shadow Motor Boats.  However, it is hoped that many members and other individuals, associated with Victoria Marine and its successors, will attend.  Also at the luncheon will be Peter Gregory, Olive Hathaway, and John Cade who were all very much part of the team responsible for the founding of the Association.

On display at the luncheon will be a model of the Frances 26, CHANTAL, originally owned by John Thomson and now offered to the Association by his relatives.  The model will be auctioned after lunch and sealed bids will be welcomed from members who are unable to attend.  Further information is on the Association Website.

An outline of activities and timings is as follows:
