EAST COAST AUTUMN RALLY 2012
The East Coast *Autumn Rally* will take place on Saturday 8th September at West Mersea on the Blackwater.
Dinner will be at West Mersea Yacht Club, where a launch will take us ashore and back again for the meal.

As per the previous post, the Autumn East Coast Rally will be held this year at West Mersea Yacht Club on the River Blackwater. We shall gather during the afternoon and meet at the Yacht Club about 1700 for drinks before dining there in the evening. Instructions for mooring will be sent out to all those attending. There are no alongside moorings but the buoys are substantial. The water taxi will transport us to the shore and back again after the meal.

MENU @ £20.00 p.p.
Country paté, homemade red onion marmalade, warm toast fingers
Pear, dolcelatte and walnut salad, maple dressing
Balsamic, tomato and basil soup

Crispy Parma ham wrapped chicken breast parcel with mozzarella and
sundried tomatoes, served on a sweet tomato coulis
Slow-braised steak bordelaise
Pan-roasted salmon fillet, light prawn, cucumber and dill cream sauce
Mediterranean vegetable stuffed bell peppers, sweet tomato coulis

Dark chocolate ganache, crème Chantilly
Warmed fresh pineapple and lime crumble with vanilla pod ice cream
