V800 Genoa Track
I want to add either a fixed bullseye or block to my V800 genoa track. My problem is that in stiff wind conditions when tacking or jibing the winch end of the Yankee sheet can get pulled back to the fixed car. That neccessitates a trip along the leeward scuppers to retrieve, neither elegant nor safe! I believe the track is a Lewmar - very feint - and it is of the plunger type possibly a Size 0 but it also looks like the NTR/Ocean Driller Plunger Track which are sizes 1-3. Can anyone advise?

Re: V800 Genoa Track
Having looked at cost of adding a couple of swivel blocks I decided a KISS approach more appropriate. See attached photos which show a simple piece of cord tied to make a thimble and fixed to an adjacent safety line bolt. Cost was zero. The Yankee sheet passes through the thimble and is free to move but should I loose the free end from the cockpit the figure of eight knot is caught in the 'thimble'. It works a treat.
