Teak Deck Problem

The teak deck on my Victoria 800 after 25 years is nearing its end but I want to keep it going as long as possible. I have undertaken remedial work as needed for some time. However, after a long absence from the boat a recent inspection has revealed that the plank next to the coach roof is lifting and water has got underneath it. I am wondering if I should just accept the lifting and re caulk as usual or use something like silkaflex, I doubt if I will be able to push it down flat. Anyone any thoughts, suggestions? Thank you.
