Originally presented by Victoria Marine, the Victoria Cup is awarded annually by the Island Sailing Club to the winning Victoria Yacht, on corrected time, in The Round The Island Race. The top panel states:

The trophy was first awarded in 1991, the year our Association was founded, and winners' names were engraved on individual plaques; one for each year. In 2008, it was discovered that there was no longer any space to add a further individual plaque. The trophy was also looking a little 'tired'. A decision was made to refurbish the trophy and to summarise the past winners onto two larger plaques. We are greatly indebted to Jerry Bottrill, who supervised the work and is also the author of all the photographs you see on this page.
