Editor's note
A full account of the
event has been promised and will be published as soon as possible. In
the interim we offer the following pictures for your enjoyment. The
majority of the photographs were taken by Brian Smith, our Chairman
Yachting, and he is thanked for making them available.
There was a very good
attendance with quite a number of guests, including a group from the
Newbury Yacht Club. Peter Bruce gave an excellent talk that aroused a
great deal of interest and produced a good number of questions from
the audience during question time. The social was organised by Brian
and Dawn Smith with Dawn taking charge of the excellent buffet and the
domestic arrangements. Thank you to everyone that made the day such a
success.
