London' is owned by John Corden and Annie Merryweather. John says,
"We are the proud new owners
of the Victoria 34 Cutter, formerly Victoria Vision but now renamed
Kipper (of London). She will be based in Lymington and operated as
part of our one-man-one-boat RYA accredited sail-training
establishment ... "
