Max Mason lives in Pheonix, Arizona but sails his Victoria 34, 'Blue' off the coast of California.

Max bought the boat in 2007 and this is what he says about her,

"The boat is a 1987 Victoria 34 Sloop named Elan, HIN # XGTV3402J687. I’m not sure if this is the original name but would like some history if anyone knows. I will be renaming her “Blue” and she will be located in Marina Del Rey (Los Angeles), California, USA. I will be sailing her locally and making changes (new electronics, upgrades, etc) for the next year or so, and than take her to Mexico and beyond."

'Blue' in Marina Del Rey, California U.S.A.

"Hope this find you well. I have moved my 1987 Victoria 34 'Blue' from Los Angles, California to San Diego, California. Blue resides at Harbor Island West Marina on Harbor Island.

My current projects include installing a batt car main sail system with two reef points and lazy jacks with all lines led to the cockpit.

I have installed a wheel autopilot from Ray Marine but I’m having problems installing the rudder indicator below deck. (looking for ideas). I also am designing new stainless steel water and holding tanks for fabrication. That’s it for now."
