V 34 Rudder
Does anyone have any knowledge of the internal structure of a V34 (V 30 and 26 presumably similar?) rudder blade?
In the same vein, has anyone suffered water ingress into the rudder blade and if so, what solution did you come up with?
Any thoughts very welcome

Re: V 34 Rudder
Hi John, a couple of years ago I noticed porous spots on the rudder blade. The GFK had a crumbly consistency and was easy to break out. As I noticed at that time, the cavity was filled with a kind of foam. I first had to let the rudder dry out, then refill the porous areas. Later I had the whole underwater area covered again with osmosis protection. The rudder was also repaired. Best, Ronald
