Frances 26 CALVA is for sale

Frances 26. Designed by Chuck Paine, built by Victoria Yachts in 1989.  SSR 31024.
Construction.   GRP hull and deck, deck and cockpit teak payed; teak cockpit coamings and trim; long encapsulated lead keel; keel stepped mast; tiller steering.
Dimensions.  LOA 7.9M (26’); LWL 6.6M (21’3”); Beam 2.5m (8’2”); Draft 1.2m (3’10”); Displacement 3,100 kg (6,800 lb); Ballast 1,600 kg (3,500 lb).
Sails  & rig.  Masthead sloop, sail no. GBR 3025T; detachable inner forestay and tensioner;  Harken  genoa furling gear; 3 winches on mast; 2 self-tailing sheet winches;  fully battened main & genoa ; working main & genoa,  jib and storm jib; lazy jacks and stacking cover; bearing-out spar.
Engine.  Beta Marine 20HP; 3-bladed prop; rev counter; stainless steel fuel tank.
Electrics.  2x55 Ahr  deep cycle sealed batteries; 70 amp alternator; DSC VHF radio with GPS; solar panel; isolator switch and circuit breakers; nav lights on pulpit, pushpit, steaming/deck light, tri/white on mast; LED interior lights; portable 240v battery charger.
Navigation. Chart plotter; wind, depth and speed/log displays; steering compass.
Safety equipment.  Radar reflector; jackstays; flare pack (due for replacement); fire blanket; danbuoy, lifebuoy and holder; 3 fire extinguishers; fire blanket; CO monitor: 4 manual life jackets; bilge pump; boarding ladder.
Anchoring equipment.  12 kg CQR; 6 kg delta; anchor winch.
Accommodation.   4 berths in 1 cabin; headroom 1.8m (6’);  separate compartment with Jabsco heads; hanging locker;  saloon or cockpit mounted table; fold-away nav table; solar-powered extractor fan; spray hood; barometer and clock.
Galley.   Gas stove 2-burner with oven and grill; gas cylinder in stern locker; stainless steel sink; fresh water footpump; flexible water tank approx. 100 ltr; full set of cutlery, etc.
Tender. Bombard AX2 slatted inflatable with seat and pump; Mariner 3.3hp 2-stroke outboard.
Miscellaneous.  Outboard motor bracket; mooring warps and fenders; anchor ball; motoring triangle; ensign with staff; full set of owner’s manuals for all equipment.
Tax status.  Paid.
Comments.  Calva is an excellent example of her marque, easily handled and a good seaboat.  She has been well cared for and maintained.  Latest survey report (2014) available for inspection.  Currently lying in Emsworth Yacht Harbour
